Mill Avenue storefronts
The Mill Avenue District, in 85281, is restaurant sidelights, shop doors, and glass that gets hands on it all evening. The film is fingerprints, patio dust, and a kitchen haze on the panes that face the cook line. A dry wipe smears it. I detail the pane, the frame, and the sill, and I wipe the track when that door is part of the booking.
The useful hour is before the lunch open or after the patio closes. Tell me which. Water on a crowded sidewalk at 6 p.m. is not a favor. A photo of your bay is the scope. A photo of the whole district is not. Arizona State University and “A” Mountain, Hayden Butte, are landmarks for where this glass sits. They are not a facilities contract.
Town Lake offices and the north Tempe entry
Office and hospitality glass around Tempe Town Lake is taller, and the outside is often the thing the tenant is selling. Dust off the butte and street film sit on the lower floors. Some buildings want insurance on file, and some only allow the exterior to be reached from inside. Send the building name with the rule. I would rather know that in the text than at the lobby desk.
Interior glass is available when you want both sides. A conference wall and a ground-floor entry are different amounts of glass. Say which rooms. Someone from the office has to be there for the inside. Early, before the first meeting, is the usual request, and I confirm that hour with the price.
South Tempe retail, medical, and the lake communities
South Tempe, 85282, 85283, and 85284, is where a lot of the everyday commercial glass actually is: a medical or dental entry, a retail bay near Kiwanis Park, a professional suite off a small lot. Hard-water speckle shows at eye level. I treat what will release. If the pane is etched, I will tell you while I am there.
Warner Ranch, The Lakes, Circle G Ranches, and the other south-side associations book commercial glass when the request is the clubhouse or the guardhouse. Broadmor, Mitchell Park, Optimist Park, Shalimar, and Maple-Ashland are mostly houses. Those homes stay on Tempe window cleaning. A shop on the edge of one of those neighborhoods is still a commercial visit if that is the address you send.
The Valley page is commercial window cleaning. A Phoenix address downtown or at the Biltmore is commercial window cleaning in Phoenix.
What a Tempe commercial visit includes
Text (623) 552-1425 with the address and say Mill, Town Lake, or south Tempe. Exterior or both sides. I reply with a flat price, usually within the hour during the day. The quote form is the same request. There is no shop to drop a key at.
The Monsoon Touch-Up Guarantee covers exterior glass on a residential window clean for 14 days. A Mill Avenue door, a lake office, and a Warner Ranch clubhouse do not get that term automatically. If a storm films the commercial glass, text (623) 552-1425 and I will price the return.
The sidewalk and the first stalls are commercial pressure washing in Tempe. A rooftop or carport array is commercial solar panel cleaning in Tempe.
- Mill Avenue, Town Lake, or the south Tempe building name
- Exterior only, or interior and exterior
- The hour the sidewalk or lobby can be worked
- Any insurance or interior-access rule the building already has
- A note if the glass is an HOA clubhouse rather than a shop
