Mill Avenue sidewalks
The Mill Avenue District, in 85281, is the sidewalk and the first feet in front of the door. Gum is in the joints. A restaurant exit adds a dark grease film. I pre-treat those stains, then surface-clean so the walk does not come back striped. The hour is before lunch or after the patio is closed. Hosing a full sidewalk at dinner is how I ruin someone else’s seating.
“A” Mountain, Hayden Butte, and Arizona State University explain where this concrete sits. They are not the job. Photograph your frontage. A stained pad by an enclosure can be included when you point at the concrete. The bin is not a service I sell.
Town Lake office walks
Around Tempe Town Lake the concrete is the walk from the garage or the curb to the lobby, and a drop-off if the building wants it. Street film makes it look dull. Irrigation at the planters leaves a chalk edge. I pre-treat what will release. Some properties have rules about where water can go. Send those with the address so I am not guessing at a loading dock.
A whole parking structure and a ground-floor walk are not the same price. Say which level, or that you only want the sidewalk the public sees. Stucco and glass curtain wall are not pressure washed. The glass, if you want it, is commercial window cleaning in Tempe.
South Tempe stalls and the lake-community entries
South Tempe, 85282 through 85284, including the retail near Kiwanis Park, is storefront walks and the stalls in front of them. Oil gets a pre-treat. I surface-clean the broad concrete. Medical walks are the path to the door, booked early.
Warner Ranch, The Lakes, and Circle G Ranches book monument pads and clubhouse walks. Gate instructions come in the text. I do not tailgate. Broadmor and Maple-Ashland driveways are houses: Tempe pressure washing. A Phoenix downtown sidewalk is commercial pressure washing in Phoenix.
The hour matters more here than the machine
Text (623) 552-1425 with Mill, Town Lake, or south Tempe, and the surfaces. I reply with a flat price, usually within the hour during the day. The quote form is the same request. The Valley page is commercial pressure washing.
A rooftop or carport array is commercial solar panel cleaning in Tempe. Storm silt on a sidewalk is a wash. The 14-day monsoon promise on windows does not rewash commercial concrete.
