Quotes & pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information you share and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. All pricing is confirmed with you directly before work begins. No charges are made without your approval.
Monsoon Touch-Up Guarantee
The Monsoon Touch-Up Guarantee is Valley Shine Pro’s official window promise. If monsoon weather or Valley dust redeposits on exterior glass within 14 days of a completed Valley Shine Pro window clean, text (623) 552-1425 and we will return to touch up those exterior windows at no charge. The visit is goodwill for new dust on glass we cleaned. It does not cover storm damage, broken glass, torn screens, or damaged frames. It does not cover interior glass unless the original job included interiors. It does not cover any job Valley Shine Pro did not perform.
Scheduling & service
We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window and will communicate any changes. Weather and access conditions may affect timing for exterior work.
