Midtown and downtown flat roofs
Office and mixed-use roofs downtown and in midtown hide the modules behind a parapet. From the street you see the sign. From the roof you see a drift of street film and construction dust on the first row. I need a row count if you have it, and I need to know how the roof is accessed. A locked hatch and a rule about ladders change the morning. Send whatever insurance paperwork the building already asks for.
Inverters stay closed. Wiring stays put. A cracked module or a hanging connector gets pointed out and left. I am rinsing glass, not commissioning a system, and I will not quote a percentage back on the monitoring. You can send a screenshot if you want me to see the sag. The visit is still a rinse.
Biltmore carports and medical lots
Around the Biltmore, in and around 85018, a lot of the commercial glass is a carport over the outer stalls at a medical or professional building, not a roof deck. Those rows are lower. They need the stalls empty or coned. They collect more bird debris than a parapet roof because the canopy is a perch. Say carport in the first text. I will not price a roof and arrive to a canopy.
Purified water is the rinse because tap water on a hot panel dries as mineral spots before I finish the row. I am not dragging a dry brush through grit. Shade screens on a west wall are not solar panels, and they are not part of this visit. Arcadia shop arrays are commercial solar panel cleaning in Arcadia.
HOA arrays that are not north of the loop
Moon Valley, in 85022, and North Central amenity buildings sometimes carry the array for the clubhouse. The manager books that roof. Gate or lobby instructions come with the text. House arrays on those streets stay on Phoenix solar panel cleaning.
If the rows are on a Deer Valley flex roof, a Desert Ridge retail canopy, or a Norterra carport, use commercial solar panel cleaning in North Phoenix. ZIPs 85050, 85083, and 85085 are that page. Ahwatukee retail roofs on Ray Road are commercial solar panel cleaning in Ahwatukee. This page does not rename those arrays as generic Phoenix.
A short rain slides dust to the frame and makes a roof look rinsed from the lot when the top is still coated. That is a cleaning. The Monsoon Touch-Up on windows does not apply to panels, residential or commercial.
Roof or carport, then a flat price
Text (623) 552-1425 and say midtown, downtown, or Biltmore, then roof or carport. A photo of the rows is enough to start. I text a flat price back, usually within the hour during the day. The quote form is the same request. The Valley page is commercial solar panel cleaning.
Lobby glass is commercial window cleaning in Phoenix. Walks and stalls are commercial pressure washing in Phoenix.
