Club and resort roofs
Clubhouse and resort arrays here are usually a modest row on a low-slope roof, sometimes tucked behind a parapet so members do not see the modules and the dust still collects. Paradise Valley Country Club and the resort buildings people pin with Sanctuary or Camelback are geography. Send the property name and a photo. I am not assuming every roof on Lincoln Drive is in scope.
Height and access decide the visit more than the view. If the only way onto the roof is a ladder over a drop, or the property will not allow roof access at all, I say so before a price includes those modules. Some buildings want insurance on file. I will send it. I will not describe myself as their roofing contractor.
The hour has to miss arrivals. I am not staging water at a porte-cochère while members are pulling in. Tell me the window. Early is the usual fit.
Carports and the small professional array
A carport at a professional compound or beside a club amenity is lower glass and a different mess: dust plus whatever birds do under the canopy. Say carport. If I price a roof and arrive to a canopy over two stalls, the number was for the wrong job. Cars need to be out, or the bay needs to be free. Bird debris gets called out because it is more work than a haze.
Suites on Lincoln and Tatum sometimes have a short row on a flat roof over the office. That is commercial. The estate next door with forty modules facing Mummy Mountain is Paradise Valley solar panel cleaning. If you manage both, they are two lines in one text.
Purified water, closed equipment
Town water here spots in the sun. I rinse with purified water so the clean does not dry as a second film. I do not grind the coating. Inverters stay closed. Wiring stays as it is. If a connector is hanging or a module is cracked, I point and leave it. I also will not invent a percentage of production you “get back.” The monitoring app is the record. Cleaning is the glass.
A brief storm off the mountain wets the dust and sticks it to the low rail. The top of the array is still filmed. That is a scheduled clean, not a free redo, and not the residential window guarantee. Shade fabric on a club window is not panel cleaning.
What the manager should send
Text (623) 552-1425 with the property name, roof or carport, and a photo from the ground if that is all you have. Gate instructions for Clearwater Hills, Finisterre, or any other guarded entry come in the same message. I reply with a flat price, usually within the hour during the day. The quote form works. The Valley page is commercial solar panel cleaning.
Entry glass is commercial window cleaning in Paradise Valley. The drop-off pad is commercial pressure washing in Paradise Valley.
- Club, resort, or suite name, and the address
- Roof or carport, and roughly how many rows
- The hour the drive has to stay clear
- Gate or guard instructions
- A photo of the array, and of bird debris if the canopy has it
