The sidewalk in front of the shop
Along Camelback and around 40th and 44th Street, the concrete that shows is the public-facing walk and the two steps to the door. Gum, patio dust, and a gray traffic film are what a broom polishes. I pre-treat, then surface-clean, then detail the edges against the building so there is not a dirty picture frame around a clean square. La Grande Orange and the Global Ambassador are pins for the corridor. Your photo is the scope.
Restaurant approaches pick up a grease shadow at the kitchen exit and along the patio edge. I pre-treat it. Water alone will not lift it, and I will not describe that corner as a trash service. If a dumpster pad has splashed the approach, send that photo too. The bin is not what I am washing.
These walks are narrow and the seating is close. Before open, or after the patio closes, is when a hose belongs there. Tell me if water cannot cross into the next tenant’s seating. Zips 85018 and 85016 cover most of this. 85251 is the Scottsdale side. A Scottsdale Road sidewalk belongs on the Scottsdale commercial pressure washing page.
Small lots, not a deck behind a house
The lot behind an Arcadia shop is usually a handful of stalls, an alley approach, and a grease drip where a car noses in. I wash the stalls you name. I do not expand a photo of one stain into the whole alley unless you ask. Oil gets a pre-treat. Old oil lightens. It does not become a new slab, and the price will not pretend otherwise.
Canal dust off the Arizona Canal path rides onto walks that face the water. It is fine and it sticks when the irrigation has already wetted the concrete. That is a wash, not a rinse with a garden hose. House driveways and pool decks in Arcadia Proper, Arcadia Lite, Ingleside, and Hidden Village are Arcadia pressure washing.
What the tip does not touch
Stucco, painted block, and the citrus-stained walls of a converted ranch are not this service. High pressure drives water into the finish. Arcadia has a lot of that finish close to the sidewalk. I keep the tip on the flatwork. If you want the wall quoted, say so as a separate line.
Paver walks in front of newer builds get a lower, even pass. If the joint sand is already gone, I stop and show you. I am not going to scar a new paver face because the walk looked dull in a photo taken at noon.
Text the worst square
Text (623) 552-1425 with the shop address and what you want washed: sidewalk, storefront walk, stalls, alley approach. A close photo of the grease or the dark film is worth more than a paragraph. I reply with a flat price, usually within the hour during the day. The quote form works. The Valley page is commercial pressure washing.
The glass above that walk is commercial window cleaning in Arcadia. A small array on the roof or a carport is commercial solar panel cleaning in Arcadia. Storm silt on the sidewalk is a new wash. The 14-day window promise does not rewash commercial concrete.
- Shop address and the cross street
- Sidewalk, door approach, stalls, or the alley
- A close photo of grease, gum, or the dark film
- The hour seating will not be in the way
- A note if irrigation wets the walk every morning
