Desert Ridge and Norterra walks
Desert Ridge Marketplace is the landmark. The concrete managers ask about is the walk in front of a restaurant or shop, the gum, and the dark band where people cut from the parking row to the door. Norterra is the same pattern. I pre-treat the sticky film, then run a surface cleaner so the walk reads even from the lot. A wand stripe down a new sidewalk is louder than the dirt was.
Grease at a kitchen exit gets called out in the text. I pre-treat it. I do not sell that corner as a bin-cleaning service. If the pad by the enclosure is stained, photograph the pad. The enclosure is not the scope. Early, before the center opens, is when the walk can actually be closed.
Say how much of the row. The storefront walk plus the first stalls is a normal visit. The entire drive lane of a center is a different price, and I will not assume it from a wide photo. Zips 85054 and 85050 cover a lot of this retail.
Deer Valley aprons and flex-building concrete
Deer Valley, in 85027 and 85032, near the airport, is aprons, loading approaches, and the walk from the stall to an office door. Oil, tire marks, and a tan dust that never quite rinses off with a hose. I pre-treat the oil, surface-clean the flat, and detail the edges. Deep rust and old oil lighten. They do not disappear, and I would rather say that while the photo is still on your phone.
Stucco on a flex building is not a pressure-wash surface. The tip stays on concrete. If someone on site asks to “just hit the wall,” the answer is no, and the wall can be quoted separately. Painted bollards and curbs can be rinsed as part of the flatwork. They are not a repaint.
HOA entries on the Happy Valley corridor
Stetson Valley, Tramonto, Lookout Mountain, and the other Happy Valley communities book the monument pad, the clubhouse walk, and the concrete at the pool gate when that surface can take a wash. Send the community name and the entry instructions. I do not guess a code. Silt from open desert north of the 101 collects at the low corner of those pads after a short storm. That is a wash, not a touch-up on last month’s concrete.
A resident driveway in those neighborhoods is North Phoenix pressure washing. The commercial page does not absorb it because the HOA hired me the same week.
Name the concrete. I price that.
Text (623) 552-1425. This is home base, and the reply is still a flat price for the surfaces in the photo, usually within the hour during the day. Use the quote form if you want. The Valley page is commercial pressure washing.
Storefront glass is commercial window cleaning in North Phoenix. Rooftop and carport arrays are commercial solar panel cleaning in North Phoenix. The residential Monsoon Touch-Up does not rewash a sidewalk.
