Heritage District storefronts
The Heritage District, downtown Gilbert in 85234, is shop doors, restaurant sidelights, and glass that faces a sidewalk people use. The Gilbert Water Tower is the pin, not the job. Traffic film, patio dust, and fingerprints at the pull are the job. I detail the pane, the frame, and the sill. A weekend crowd leaves the door pull worse than a weekday office, so say if you want the clean before Saturday.
These openings are often one bay. A photo from the sidewalk is enough. If you also want the interior of a tasting room or a cafe, say both sides and have someone who can unlock it. I will not block the walk during the dinner hour unless you asked for that window.
SanTan Village retail and Agritopia glass
SanTan Village, in 85295, is retail glass that faces a parking row and a walk. I clean the bay you photograph, not every tenant in the center. Lot dust films the lower pane. A display window and a door with sidelights are different amounts of glass, and the price should say which one I am looking at.
Agritopia is its own kind of commercial glass: restaurant and shop panes set among the houses, with irrigation close and a film that is part dust and part kitchen. The low pane spots. Medical and dental suites along Val Vista and Higley show the same eye-level fingerprints as any Valley practice. Early, before the first patient, is the useful hour. Send the suite name. A lobby with a conference wall is not a single-door quote.

Tell me if a neighboring pad is still being built. I would rather come after the drywall sanding stops than clean the same door twice in ten days.
